Our back up reserve energy comes from two sources: A high-powered battery backup system and a diesel generator. The battery backup system initiates the moment that power is lost. Simultaneously, the diesel generator is activated to take over in the event that the outage exceeds the capacity of the battery system. Capable of powering the data center for an extended period, the generator concurrently replenishes the batteries to take over again if the generator expires. Seamless transfer between the generator and batteries allows the data center to run continuously with no power interruption.

Size of Pipeline
A host computer is connected to the Internet backbone typically by T1 and T3 lines which can carry up to 1.5 mbs (megabits per second) and 45 mbs, respectively. Oztek clients are backed with redundant Duel 100Meg Eithernet backbone access.We've got the biggest pipes in town

Server Space
ISP's usually assign you a certain amount of space on their computers. (5mb is standard for Web pages). Oztek clients are allocated space depending on their individual initial requirements and are adjusted for growth as the client's site matures.

The leading cross-platform Web application server, ColdFusion provides you with the fastest way to develop and deliver scalable Web applications. We have partnered with Allaire and provide extensive ColdFusion support and project development.

FrontPage® Server Extensions
Ozona Online Network Inc is a Registered Web Presence Provider for Microsoft® FrontPage® 1997,2000 and 2003 and has custom configured servers, which are optimized to support the Microsoft FrontPage 1997 and up extensions.

CGI-Bin Access
Oztek clients have access to programs in a cgi-bin directory, which includes a cgi program that generates the e-mail messages sent out by web page forms. Oztek provides private cgi-bins for our clients.

Virtual Hosting
Oztek offers "virtual hosting" or a "virtual domain", This allows your company to have its own domain name such as www.yourcompany.com.

E-mail Addresses
Oztek clients are given multiple e-mail addresses, which allows creation of custom addresses such as sales@yourcompany.com or support@yourcompany.com. In addition, Oztek clients have World Wide Web Access to their e-mail addresses.

Control
How free are you to change ISP's? Be certain that your name is listed as the "Administrative contact" and "Billing contact" with InterNIC, so you can transfer your domain to another ISP without problems.

At Ozona Online Inc, we monitor all of our servers 24/7 so that we are able to quickly correct any technical problems that may arise, and 24/7 technical support is also available as required for an additional charge.
